At Bolt & Bound, we stand by our gear. If you aren’t satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 15-Day Return Policy.

Conditions for Returns:

• Items must be returned within 15 days of the delivery date.
• Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, chalk marks, or sweat will not be accepted for return.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or bank transfer within 7-10 business days.

Note: Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
